No. Many people don’t know how to describe the issue - and that’s okay. You can simply tell me what you’re seeing, and I’ll help figure it out.
Most of the time, if you can take a picture of the device & any message, I can come to our session researched and ready to help!

Yes. I offer white-glove setup for new devices, including data transfer, password setup, app sign-ins, and one-on-one teaching - so everything is ready to use.
This is very different than just initialization that is commonly done with less-involved offerings from other major providers.

Absolutely. I help with scam awareness, safer passwords, privacy settings, and understanding which messages or websites to avoid.
I insist on strong password safety, demonstrate using password keepers, and show how to access that info easily and quickly to reduce password friction.

Both. I offer in-home help when local, and remote sessions for anything that can be handled online. I often prefer in-person for the first session or two, and explain and show remote sessions during an initial one, preparing you for future virtual sessions if desired.
